SC Maintenance was built on a simple idea: most people want one number to call when something at home needs sorting. Not three trades, three quotes, and three weeks of waiting.
SC Maintenance is run by William, who has 15 years in the construction industry, and between us the team has over 40 years of experience across the trades.

Which areas do you cover?
We're based in Southampton and cover Southampton, Eastleigh, Winchester, Portsmouth, Fareham, Havant, Romsey, Totton, Basingstoke, Andover, Bournemouth, Poole, Fleet, Farnborough, Hook and surrounding areas. If you're not sure whether we cover you, just ask.
Can you do several jobs in one visit?
Tell us everything that needs doing (a fence panel, some patching and a room to decorate, for example) and we'll quote for it together so you're not chasing several different trades.
Should I repair or replace my fence?
If it's one or two rotten posts or a few blown-out panels, a repair is usually the sensible option. If most posts along the run are loose or rotten, a new fence tends to be better value. Send photos and we'll give you an honest view.
What is a concrete spur repair?
A short concrete post set in the ground beside a timber post that has rotted at the base. The timber post is bolted to it, so the fence stands firm again without taking the panels down.
Can you treat black mould?
Yes. We wash and treat mould on walls and ceilings and give practical advice on ventilation, so you know what caused it and how to keep it away.
Do you take away the waste?
Yes. Removing old panels, posts and other waste from the job can be included in your quote.
What are your opening hours?
Our lines are open Monday to Saturday, 8am to 8pm, and we're closed on Sundays. You can send photos or a quote request any time.
